Peter Klocanka brings an enormous amount of knowledge and experience to the EUCHL as its Commissioner and President.  The native Slovakian is a former professional player who has spent the last ten seasons leading the Carpathian Junior Hockey League.  

His experience successfully operating the Carpathian Junior League, steering it through COVID, and the ever changing lanscape of hockey in Europe will provide the EUCHL with the experience to grow the game at the collegiate level.

Hermina Kraft is an economist, financial strategist, and business development professional with more than 20 years of international experience in banking, controlling, financial analysis, and business development.

She spent over a decade with Raiffeisen Bank, where she specialized in business analysis, sales coordination, executive reporting, and strategic planning. She later continued her career in the manufacturing and automotive industries, holding senior controlling and finance positions where she supported executive management through financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis.

Today, Hermina teaches economics, finance, commerce, and business development while remaining actively involved in international business development initiatives. Her professional background combines analytical expertise with strategic partnership development, sustainable business planning, and an in depth understanding of the Central European business environment.

Hermina supports the EUCHL by helping develop commercial and sponsorship partnerships, with a strong focus on creating long-term, mutually beneficial relationships between the league, universities, corporate partners, and local communities.

She believes the EUCHL is much more than a hockey league; it is an international platform that brings together sport, higher education, and business while creating new opportunities for the next generation of student-athletes, universities, and corporate partners across Europe.
